IOD offers a number of training program workshops using assessment tools such as the Coaching Skills Inventory (CSI), REAL COLORS (NCTI), DISC, our own Strategic Partnering Quotient (SPQ^©), various 360 degree assessments and more!  Separate workshops are available for each assessment or custom workshops can be created using a combination of assessment tools based on your specific needs and desired outcomes!  Assessments can also be used in conjunction with other workshops such as Team Building.  360-degree feedback assessments can be used stand-alone or as part of a workshop and IOD can perform 360 administration to ensure anonymity if preferred.

Coaching for Commitment (C4C^™) Two-Day Workshop

This C4C Workshop is the cornerstone of IOD's offerings!  Based on the book, Coaching for Commitment (Ed. 3) this workshop will revolutionize the way you think about coaching!  This 2-day workshop conducted by the author(s) will provide you with the tools and resources you need to become a better and more effective coach!  This is a completely interactive, participant-centered experience that focuses on the coach role.  From assessing your coaching skills to learning new ways to coach and teach coaching to others, the C4C Program is designed to help you achieve better results as a leader, manager, business owner, practitioner, administrator, employee, and coach!  Includes and invitation to join the IOD Coach2Coach Network (wiki) peer coaching network.

Coaching for Commitment (C4C™) Train-the-trainer (T3) Certification

The C4C 2-day Workshop can be a challenging program to deliver!  That's why IOD (Home of Coaching for Commitment) created the C4C T3 certification program!  The program is exclusively offered by IOD.  The T3 program provides one full-day of intensive facilitator training and an additional observation component (video or onsite/in-person), conducted by the author(s) of C4C.  During the T3, C4C Master Certifiers (MC) will provide a walk-through of key teaching points, best practices for facilitator instruction, practice time, and teach-back and coaching opportunities.  Certification to administer the CSI (Coaching Skills Inventory) is included in this T3 program.  Comprehensive feedback will be provided throughout the certification process*.  Includes and invitation to join the IOD Coach2Coach Network (wiki) peer coaching network.  The C4C 2-day workshop is a pre-requisite.

REAL Colors

REAL Colors (mentioned above in "Assessments") can be used as a stand alone training, as part of a custom team building workshop or as a  foundation for any organization's learning and development offerings.  It is a terrific compliment to C4C as well as the Clifton StrengthsFinder and StrengthsFinder 2.0 (Gallup/Now, Discover Your Strengths - Buckingham)! The REAL Colors program, created by National Curriculum and Training Institute (NCTI) is a temperament-based assessment tool that is easy to use and understand.  It's simple precept of translating temperament theory and research from Myers-Briggs and Keirsey (as well as others) into four color types (Orange, Green, Blue and Gold) makes it easy to understand and creates a common language within organizations.  This tool has far reaching effects for team interaction, change management, work ethics, generation gaps, stress prevention, customer service, and leadership!
